amazing hotel and experience! booked the 4 bedroom gourmet with my friends and family of 7 people and we felt that it was just the right amount of space. the place itself is equipped with a kitchen and full refrigerator as well as all the cooking utensils we could need. with a small market and a whole foods nearby, we were able to save money by cooking our own meals in our space. the hotel itself is very cozy and the people working there were very friendly and helpful. overall, my family was extremely happy with our stay here and would definitely recommend to anyone else looking to book here !

We loved staying here. So convenient for the financial district and only a few minutes from the express subway (line 2 or 3) to Times Square.
Front desk staff were lovely and helpful.
The suite was well equipped with room for the family. Nice to have more space than a standard hotel room. With access to games and pool, with a restaurant on the ground floor, Placemakr was ideal. A supermarket for food was only 5 minutes away .
My friends and I had an incredible stay. Every single person was kind, helpful, cheerful. The rooms were clean and well furnished. But one of the things that stuck out to us the most is how the employees interacted with each other. The seemed to thoroughly enjoy working there and we each other. They seemed to take pride in their jobs and that is priceless for any business owner. Thank you to everyone who made our stay so wonderful!
Came to NY for the first time on business... had trouble getting into another hotel nearby and China at the front desk helped me and my travel coordinator get in at the last minute... she said I would love this hotel and she was right! VERY patient and courteous for the several hours throughout the day that we talked with her and welcomed me when I arrived... then James helped me to get acclimated to the transit system which was very important to me... patiently gave me all the steps and directions to take and really put me at ease. All the hotel staff are wonderful but I just specifically dealt with these two... THANK YOU China and James and Placemakr for putting great staff in place 🙂🙏
Room is spacious and stylish. We were group of 3 travellers, there were two double beds : one folding from wall type, one with a cabinet like enclosure. Bathroom / shower is big and with good amount of cabinets. The room is equipped with plentiful of cabinets , as we were staying like for a week, we could comfortably place our clothes out tidily. The hotel is with wonderful free amenities, like washer and dryer with pool table and ping pong. There are also big communal kitchen, long dinning tables in various floors. The staff is super friendly too! Would definitely recommend this place
